Debra attended American University in Washington, D.C. then moved to Arizona and opened and operated a successful Delicatessen for three years. At the age of 24 she sold her business and moved to Florida to support her father with his mortgage company. Debra has opened and operated two Florida based businesses, speaks French, has traveled to Israel, Australia, Mexico, Bahamas, Jamaica, Egypt, and France. Debra first got involved with the community youths thru the Pop Warner Youth Development where she organized fund raisers and award banquets. Her passion to support the communities youth lead her to the Parent Teacher Association where she organized Teacher Appreciation Week, the Back to School Breakfast, the Thanksgiving Food Drive ,the Christmas Toy Drive and gave her time to teach children reading and math from Kindergarten thru 8th grade. Debra has a true passion for the Montessori approach, and feels it allows her to learn every day and to share her knowledge and experience with the community’s youth.
